We are looking for a Treasury Management Analyst Lead to join our Treasury Management team at Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the AVP Sales Support, this role will lead the Treasury Management Analyst team. This role will be a critical point of contact for clients with a focus on complex Treasury Management relationships. The person in this role must understand all Treasury Management products and processes to demonstrate the highest level of client service.

Compensation & Benefits
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $80,000 – $90,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Treasury Management Analyst team
- Provide mentorship, training and coaching to team members, including delivering regular performance feedback
- Hold team accountable to service and productivity metrics, as designated by the department scorecard
- Provide input to the leader regarding scorecard metrics and team delivery
- Preparation of sales
- Work on cost comparisons, proposals and timelines
- Provide monthly reports for Treasury Management team as requested.
- Provide client support, relationship management and onboarding of new clients
- Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable
- Assist with general banking and Treasury Management questions.
- Attend prospect and client meetings, reviews, etc. as appropriate
- Support onboarding of complex Treasury Management relationships
- Manage documentation and paperwork
- Serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other BWB departments
- Participate in cross collaboration team meetings.
- Cascade messages to TM Analyst and TM Sales teams.
- Procedure/Process Ownership
- Ownership of identified process/procedures
- Project/Initiative Involvement
- Provide Treasury Management perspective and involvement in designated projects
- 10 years of banking/financial services experience
- Prior management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.)
- Attention to detail with professional organizational, written, and communication skills
- Client facing experience required
