We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our HR team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) and provide regular updates and metrics to HR leadership.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
