BridgeWater at Mankato, an Assisted Living community, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Dietary Aide. In this position, you'll play an important role in preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being through nutrition and care.
Position Details:
- Part-Time Day (7a-330p) or Evening Shift (3p-7p) Available
- Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prep meals for all residents as directed, following special meal plans, as instructed.
- Serve meals and snacks, and clean up after.
- Comply with record keeping, food storage, and temperature logs.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of the food.
- Assure all cleaning tasks are complete and in compliance with guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with the elder population.
- Previous senior care experience preferred but not required.
