Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform repairs on various appliances, including refrigeration units, washers and dryers.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance components and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for various appliances.
- Experience as a field service technician is advantageous.
