The Resident Engineer provides hands-on, onsite technical support for advanced robotics solutions in a fast-paced operational environment. This role ensures equipment reliability, resolves technical issues, and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- :Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to keep equipment running at peak performance
- .Configure and integrate hardware such as robots, servers, conveyors, and scanners
- .Conduct hardware and system testing, perform integration tests, and resolve technical issues
- .Assist clients during and after deployment, responding promptly to service requests
- .Implement automation systems including AGV, ACR, AMR, and conveyor equipment
- .Support software testing and WMS integration efforts
- .Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
- .Manage spare parts ordering and inventory, ensuring availability and maintaining quality control

Qualification
- s:1 years of experience with AGV, ACR, or AMR implementation
- s.Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experienc
