We are looking for a Life Sciences CRM Business Analyst who can translate business needs into impactful CRM solutions that improve customer engagement, streamline workflows, and enhance field effectiveness.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and IT teams to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of CRM platforms, including Salesforce Health Cloud and Veeva CRM.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM enhancements and initiatives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Configure and support CRM platforms, including Veeva CRM and Salesforce Clouds
- Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, MLR, and IT teams to improve customer engagement workflows
- Support field teams with CRM usability improvements, reporting, and operational enhancements
- Manage backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate with development teams
- Conduct UAT and validate that solutions align with business requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports for commercial insights and performance tracking
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment with life sciences regulations
- Support integrations with platforms such as Reltio, Snowflake, Databricks, and marketing automation tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on CRM adoption and user experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in CRM Business Analysis or commercial operations within life sciences
- Experience working in pharma, biotech, or MedTech environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM
- Strong understanding of sales force execution, HCP engagement, and territory management
- Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce configurations, including reports, workflows, dashboards, and objects
- Familiarity with the Veeva ecosystem, including Vault, Align, Nitro, or PromoMats
- Understanding of MDM and data governance platforms such as Reltio
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau for analytics and reporting
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Understanding of omnichannel engagement and digital marketing integrations
Location
Onshore (US-based):
- Direct engagement with brand, medical, and legal teams
- Participation in live PRC discussions and decision-making forums
- Greater ownership of stakeholder management and escalation handling
Nearshore (LATAM/Canada):
- Operational execution of review coordination, tracking, and documentation
- Time-zone aligned support for US teams
