Job Summary
Seeking a Data Product Lead to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud data initiatives. This role will own the Data POD responsible for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP B2B (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Web SDK implementations, CRM integrations, governance, identity management, and data quality programs.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Adobe data architecture expertise with product leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in Data Architecture, CDP, MarTech, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Web SDK
- Adobe RTCDP B2B
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

- Define governance standards, data quality frameworks, and compliance controls
- Manage offshore engineering teams
- Drive automation and AI-enabled data operations initiatives
