Maintenance Technician

Overview
Residential and Commercial property management company seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using AppFolio Software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

We are currently working in North Shore of MA and Middlesex County. This is a full-time position and will require some on-call duty.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
