What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Supervisor position at BRIDGETON HOLDINGS GROUP?
We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team! As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be assisting the Front Desk Manager & Director of Front Office in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager and Director of Front Office, you will help assist with scheduling, training, and daily operations of the Front Desk. You will have good communication skills, with the ability to oversee a team of employees and report to management. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to staff and guests.
Qualifications:
Skills / Qualifications
- Over 2 years of Hotel Front-Desk experience is a MUST.
- 3 Years of hospitality experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Lightspeed or other Marriott systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and other relevant computer systems.
