What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Bridgestone?
- Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintain accurate daily production records
- Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE: Full-time, rotating 12-hour, day/night shiftwork. 2-week rotations. Scheduled to work 14 out of 28 calendar days.
Day Schedule
Week 1: 7am - 7:30 pm, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)
Week 2: 7am - 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
Night Schedule
Week 1: 7pm - 7:30 am, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)
Week 2: 7pm - 7:30 am, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
WAGE: Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with opportunities to earn $30.00 per hour within 2 years.
