The Associate Marketing Manager role is an important part of Bridgestone's Consumer Replacement Marketing Team. The Associate Marketing Manager will support the Consumer Channel Marketing Team in the big picture planning and day to day management of the Promotions and Programs for the Consumer Replacement Tire business. The Associate Marketing Manager will lead the evaluation and execution of the National Consumer Promotions program (Bridgestone and Firestone), as well as Sell-Out supporting Channel Programs. This position requires strong collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing and agency partner teams in the development and execution of National Promotions and Programs to drive sell-out with a consistent customer and consumer experience across all touch-points.
- Leads National Promotions program for the Consumer Tire Business, including leading in the development and execution of the annual program; successfully manages agency partner and a ~$13M redemption budget
- Leads in-store (POP), digital strategy, and creative development for Bridgestone and Firestone National Promotions; leads creative briefing and asset development with agency partner, delivering flawless executions through strong project management
- Leads execution and management of DrivingForce, including leading agency partners administering programs and managing a budget of ~$2M
- Develops and implements learning plans to measure and track Promotions and Program results; in addition, leads the development and execution of Test & Learns to optimize existing programs and make informed business decisions
- Completes full analysis of Promotions and Programs including profitability analysis, expected returns based on sales and consumer data, and post-program evaluations
- Analyzes promotions, programs, and sales data, along with market trends, to identify key issues and opportunities for the business; communicates insights from analysis to the organization
- Builds sustaining and collaborative relationships with key internal team members and agency resources
- Presents insights found through in-depth analysis to Consumer Replacement Channel Marketing leadership and provides recommendations for future promotion and program initiatives

You'll be confident adjusting promotions and programs based on changing business dynamics. You'll establish a clear development plan for yourself and have regular connections with your manager on your progress toward your development goals.
- Ongoing: You will have the opportunity to network within the broader marketing organization as well as across different business units and disciplines in Bridgestone. - Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of business and marketing experience
- Demonstrates a bias for action in all areas of work; shows serious commitment to accountability and ownership, and a strong work ethic

- Strong communicator, both oral and written
