Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Worker role based at our facility in Clarksville, TN. The Production Worker is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, following standard operating procedures to produce steel cord products according to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading and unloading materials, inspecting products for defects, and performing basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed. The role also involves accurately recording production data, collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Production Workers are expected to follow all safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment, and participate in training to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
