Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Grow Revenue: Actively prospect, develop and secure new customers while managing existing accounts within a national territory.
- Generate proposals: Create and present technical proposals, quotes and contracts for hydraulic services, including repairs, installations and system troubleshooting.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships on-site providing updates, resolving concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Scheduling: Manage and schedule mobile service technicians for short and long term, travel-based assignments based on skill set, location and availability.
- Performance: Oversee technician performance, training, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Logistics: Engaged in travel, lodging, service vehicles, equipment inventory and specialized tools required for field deployments.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor job progress, troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely completion of work.
- Strategic Support
- Budgeting: Manage the annual sales and service operations budget.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activity, including calls, lost orders, lost business and service metrics.
- Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to field technicians and clients and collaborate with internal engineering teams.

- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5 years of experience in hydraulic system or hose service or related field.
- Leadership: 2 years in supervisory or management role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components and repair methods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and team reporting.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours to support field teams.
