Bridgestone Hosepower, LLC is a leading hydraulic and industrial hose supplier and repair specialist company. This growing company is currently seeking a motivated, energetic and customer oriented Inside Sales Representative for our branch.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Works closely with Bridgestone HosePower field representatives and customers in communicating product availability
- Minimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issues
- Understanding and interpreting product requirements and providing information to customers
- Fills orders and communicates expected delivery date
- Assist with stocking and inventory
- Answer phones and inquires
- Order stock as assigned
- Data entry of orders into computer
- Dispatch mobile service trucks for on-site repairs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service and retail experience
- Previous counter sales experience in an industrial environment a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn Company computer systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be dependable and prompt
