- FULL-TIME, Monday-Friday. Day shift, hours are flexible. This position has a Manager on-duty on-call every 8th weekend.

- This position is responsible for hiring, training, in-servicing, and supervising HHA’s and CNA’s in our memory care assisted living.
- The Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) performs medication administration, assessment, administrative/clinical duties, quality assurance, performance improvement and provides a high level of customer service.
- We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA.
- Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred and some experience with in-servicing and supervising staff is required.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and some experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community a plus.
