Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our transportation team. Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks.
- Transporting Sand to the next job site.
- Follow all traffic laws, vehicle codes, emergency response procedures for transportation.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, perform quick responses to traffic changes, and execute emergency stop procedures when needed.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers using effective communication skills; provide information about routes or delays as required.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by reporting any issues or incidents accurately through written reports.
Experience
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- 2 years proven experience operating dump trucks with transportation safety regulations.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle codes, emergency response procedures for dump truck discipline policies.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse work sites.
- Familiarity with dump truck transportation safety regulations, policy knowledge, and emergency response procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role.
