Community Outreach Manager, Part-Time
Bridges In-Home Care is a premier home care agency based in Eagle, ID, where every need is treasured (SM). We are Idaho owned and family operated since 2013, with a caregiver-first culture. We are Better Business Bureau accredited with an A rating. We are looking for a passionate and resourceful self-starter to join our team in the Boise area as the Community Outreach Manager, Part-Time, to help us accelerate our growth in the area. This role is a mix of sales and marketing, with the goal of building referral partnerships in the area and generating and converting new client leads.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Build awareness for the Bridges brand with new local referral partners
- Participate in various local events to position the Bridges brand
- Maintain and grow existing referral partnerships in the area
- Generate and convert new client leads (generous commission incentives)
- Conduct initial client assessments and facilitate smooth onboarding process

What you will need:

- Must be physically located in the Boise area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
- Standard Idaho background check and drug test
