This role works with both our statewide communities and the internal teams that serve them to ensure accurate record management, efficient workflows, and compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with electronic medical record upload, conversion, and management projects.
- Travel to facilities to support medical records operations and assigned projects.
- Assist facility staff on medical records processes and best practices.
- Complete record uploads and assist with overflow record management.
- Audit medical record uploads and related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with provider credentialing, onboarding, and maintenance of credentialing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project tracking.
- Collaborate with facility personnel and internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Provide support related to medical records and credentialing activities.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
