What We Do:
Bridges For Brain Injury is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping brain injury survivors, individuals with disabilities, and their families bridge the gap between surviving and living lives of independence, dignity, and hope.
Our programs focus on community integration, skill development, volunteerism, wellness, and meaningful life experiences. We are also developing a 25-acre care farm that will create exciting opportunities for future programming and growth.
Overview:
The Day Services Director provides leadership and oversight to one of Bridges For Brain Injury's largest and fastest-growing programs.
This position is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting participant outcomes, developing community partnerships, and helping guide future program growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop day services staff
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance
• Monitor program performance, enrollment, attendance, and outcomes
• Build relationships with participants, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Support program growth, innovation, and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to advance the mission and vision of Bridges
Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Recreation Therapy or related field
AND
• Two (2) years providing Functional Assessments, Intensive Behavioral Services, or Day Program services to individuals with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Supervisory or management experience
• Experience working with individuals with brain injuries and/or disabilities
• Experience in rehabilitation, healthcare, human services, or community-based programming
• Experience developing staff and building strong teams
• Experience with THERAP or similar electronic documentation systems
• Passion for helping people live meaningful and independent lives
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $52,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation includes performance-based bonus opportunities and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
