Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused individual to join our award winning company. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and vendors, handling inbound and outbound customer service, scheduling appointments, coordinating with vendors and performing other sales tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.

Job Summary
This role covers a range of daily responsibilities, including:
- Providing phone support for clients — booking appointments, scheduling jobs, and answering questions
- Interacting with vendors who support our business
- Handling office administrative tasks, including preparing job paperwork and reconciling billing and time sheets
- Conducting virtual surveys and providing quotes to clients
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with technology and familiar with various software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not required
Education
- Associate's degree or higher
Compensation
- $50,000–$58,000 annually, plus benefits
