Bridges Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified Therapist for our Partial Hospitalization program!

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a therapist who is licensed or under supervision as an LCSW, LPC, LADC, or LMFT in the state of Oklahoma. The right candidate will have positive recommendations and a satisfactory work record from previous employers, as well as successful reference checks. A clean background check and drug test are required. In addition, we expect our therapists to have a broad knowledge of psychology and psychological theories of personality and treatment and be competent to conduct psychotherapy with individuals, groups, and families. Our experienced clinicians are excellent at mentoring and training new therapists, so you'll have a great opportunity to grow and improve as a therapist.

Competitive salaries. Candidates start with our agency at $55,000 and licensed therapists start at $60,000, commensurate with experience.

Paid license renewals. We will cover the cost of your annual license renewal.

Paid supervision. We will assist with a portion of your supervision costs.

No nights or weekends. We run a daytime program, so you can enjoy your nights and weekends at home.

Paid CEUs and Training. We want to equip our clinicians for success, so we cover the costs of training and workshops that pertain to your job duties (preapproval required). We also provide an excellent online training platform that hosts hundreds of trainings, some of which count as CEUs for your licensure at no cost to you!
