We are looking for an experienced and passionate therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and be able to provide evidence-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and providing direct 1:1 instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Conduct assessments and track progress of clients.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
- Provide family support and education.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
