What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Substitute Instructor position at Bridgerland Technical College?
Qualifications: Completion of the Controls Engineering Technology Certificate or three or more years of industry experience working in Automated Manufacturing fields. Proficiency in the use of industry-related software as it relates to curriculum and delivery of course content.

Substitute instructors support student learning by helping students understand fundamental principles of manufacturing like pneumatics, hydraulics, Allen Bradley PLC systems, Industrial Robotics, vision systems, system communication and much more.
Hours would be on an as needed basis. We are open from 7:00am to 8:00pm on most weekdays. A potential candidate would not necessarily need to be available all of the times we are open.
