You will serve as the anchor of our student data systems, managing records, driving state compliance, and welcoming new families.

FTE & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready records and ensure 100% compliance with district/state reporting standards alongside the Dean of Operations.
Family Service: Primary front-office contact for registration, delivering a warm, helpful experience for parents.
Data Operations: Manage SIS databases (attendance, schedules, demographics) following strict FERPA guidelines.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.
Level 2 Florida background screening clearance.
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of school office or registrar experience.
Bilingual (English / Spanish).
