We are a four doctor paperless practice with lots of space for growth. We are looking for a friendly, dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital family. Experience in the veterinary field is a plus. Must be compassionate and carry themself in a positive, professional manner.
The Customer Service Representative handles all administrative aspects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: client & patient record keeping, payment processing, scheduling appointments and surgeries.
We are looking for:
- Individuals who work well with animals and their owners
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology (vaccines, procedures, services etc.) preferred
- Team Players
- Flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- Multitaskers who like working in a fast paced environment at times
- Proficient computer and customer care skills
- Clear background (drug screening is part of our hiring procedure)
- People with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
