We are looking for a dedicated Kennel Assistant to join our Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital family. Candidates applying for this position must be compassionate and carry themself in a positive, professional manner.
The Kennel Attendant supports the Kennel Manager at our boarding facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: walking dogs, playing with cats and dogs, cleaning cages, keeping owners informed about their pets.
We are looking for:
- Individuals who work well with animals and their owners
- Flexibility with schedule (must be able to work on weekends)
- Must be able to work on weekdays during the day
- Multitaskers who like working in a fast paced environment at times
- Clear background (drug screening is part of our hiring procedure)
