Puppy Sales Associate

Overview
IMMEDIATE SALES STAFF NEEDED. MUST BE BI-LINGUAL(spanish) AND have own car. We are seeking a passionate, hard working and dedicated individual to join our team as a Puppy Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting potential pet owners with their perfect puppy companions. You will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the process of selecting and purchasing their new furry friends. If you have a love for animals and a knack for sales, this position is perfect for you.PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO FULL TIME including weekends. Must have own vehicle. ALSO, DO NOT apply if you have no intention of showing up for an interview.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting the right puppy.
• Provide detailed information about different breeds, temperaments, and care requirements.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the puppy sales area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all puppies are well-cared for and presented attractively.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• A genuine love for animals, particularly dogs, and an understanding of their needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
