This is a full-time, on-site position based in Clarksburg, WV. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring food quality and presentation, following food safety and hygiene protocols, and assisting in the preparation of menu items. The Line Cook will work closely with other kitchen staff and contribute to a professional, efficient, and collaborative workspace.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, grilling, sautéing, baking, and plating
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen organization
- Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from the Head Chef
- Effective time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or equivalent culinary experience is preferred
- Culinary certifications or relevant training are a plus
