Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our condominium community. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Schedule Requirements:
- Must have an open and flexible schedule
- Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Shifts may include days, evenings, and nights as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- U.S. Citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patrol the condominium property on foot and/or by vehicle
- Monitor building access and verify resident and visitor credentials
- Enforce community rules and report violations professionally
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns
- Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
- Assist residents, guests, and vendors as needed
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems (if applicable)
- Coordinate with management, law enforcement, or emergency personnel when necessary
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if required
