The Campus Worship Lead will help people get closer to God by leading impactful worship experiences at BridgePoint’s Seminole Campus. We’re looking for a relational, musically skilled leader who can shepherd volunteers, craft meaningful services, and contribute to our Creative Arts culture across campuses.

About the Role
The Campus Worship Lead provides leadership and implementation for the Worship Ministry at the Seminole Campus. This includes planning, preparing, and executing Sunday and Wednesday worship services; shepherding and developing volunteers; coordinating music and production logistics; and contributing to Creative Arts initiatives church-wide. You will work closely with your Campus Pastor and the Creative Arts Team to shape worship environments that are spiritually formative and executed with excellence. While most of your time will be spent at the Seminole campus, some meetings and churchwide events could be held at our other 2 physical campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Spiritual & Worship Leadership
- Lead worship gatherings, pray with individuals, and serve as a steady and trusted spiritual mentor.
- Plan, prepare, and lead Sunday worship experiences and special events.
- Help craft the flow and components of weekly services, collaborating with campus and creative teams.
Volunteer Development & Team Care
- Recruit, train, coach, and support worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists.
- Assign worship leaders to songs and coordinate weekly roles.
- Create a healthy volunteer culture by caring for your team, hosting appreciation moments, and maintaining relational awareness (“keeping a pulse” on team members).
Creative Arts Collaboration
- Partner with the Worship, Production, and Teaching teams across campuses.
- Support church-wide initiatives such as camps, training, songwriting, workshops, and special events as time allows.
Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Manage volunteer rosters, team communication, contractor coordination, and purchase tracking.
- Prepare the auditorium/stage each week for rehearsals and services.
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Attend weekly programming, campus meetings, and Creative Arts meetings as assigned.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors and executive leadership.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lead from an instrument is preferred (i.e., acoustic guitar, keys, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in worship leading and ministry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of music, leadership strategies, and execution of live worship.
- Experience with technical skills preferred (i.e., stage setup, Apple infrastructure, MultiTracks PlayBack, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Lift 30 pounds for setup and breakdown of music and basic production related equipment, etc.
- Ability to use a computer (Apple products), sit at a desk, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong musical, vocal, and visual acuity essential for AVL coordination and performance excellence
