Position OverviewWe’re looking for entry-level, customer-oriented individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Retail Sales Trainee, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right AT&T products, services, and accessories to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in retail sales with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs
• Recommend suitable AT&T products, services, and accessories
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Strive to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
• Stay informed about current promotions and product features
• Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation
• Provide excellent service through clear communication and follow-up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
• Must be 18 years of age or older
