Our client, an elite national firm, is looking for a Corporate / Franchise Paralegal to join their team.
You’ll leverage comprehensive knowledge of franchise practice—handling disclosures, agreements, state registrations and filings, renewals, supplemental filings, and annual updates while drafting and refining franchise documentation with accuracy and consistency.
Varied responsibilities, including, managing timelines for franchise agreements, monitoring trademark registrations with the USPTO, supporting attorneys on various corporate agreements, and maintaining an evolving precedent database containing up-to-date forms and clauses.
Must have franchise corporate paralegal experience within a law firm and hands-on preparation or annual maintenance of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
