As an Expo/Food Runner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly and accurately. You’ll be the bridge between the kitchen and the dining area, helping to create a seamless experience for both our team and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.
- Ensuring food presentation meets our high standards before it reaches the guest.
- Assisting the kitchen and serving staff with order accuracy and coordination.
- Maintaining a clean and organized expo station.
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure smooth service.
We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Has reliable transportation
