General Summary: What business need does this position exist to fill? This role works with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize the return on Bridgecrest/DriveTime vehicles. Essential Job Functions: What will be required in the role? Accurately track vehicles throughout the auction process and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems including status changes and vehicle records. Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels by reviewing inventory reports, balancing inventory flow in partnership with transport and sales teams and ensuring aged inventory is addressed promptly Ensure vehicles are properly staged and accounted for and monitor vehicle movement to ensure that all vehicles are accounted for throughout the auction process. Work collaboratively with internal departments on remarketing titles, regulatory letters and ancillary products. Review auction invoices for accuracy and ensure all charges align with company agreements, follow up on outstanding payments and resolve invoicing discrepancies in partnership with internal finance teams and auction houses. Maintain open communication with sales, transport, and finance teams to ensure smooth remarketing operations. Serve as primary contact for external resources including police departments, dealerships and DMVs.
