Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet operational standards.
• Use specialized equipment for floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve the quality of flooring throughout the property.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability of amenities like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning schedules while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a hospitality or industrial setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with floor care techniques including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning enhances your ability to deliver exceptional results.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and floor polishers is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills ensures consistent quality in all cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.25 - $18.50 per hour
