BridgeCare ABA is hiring passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Missouri to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in-home and in community settings
- Deliver data-driven care following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Monitor client progress through electronic data collection (training provided)
- Participate in supervision, clinical team meetings, and case reviews
- Promote skill-building and positive behavior for children and adolescents
What You Bring:
- Current RBT certification (or eligible to complete training)
- 6 months as an ABA Therapist or 1 year supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass a background check
