- NOTE: Locums may work 12 consecutive months, then they must take a 6 month break, and then they can return for 12 more months, etc
- MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME! SAMG is holding off on providers who cannot provide full time coverage and require travel every month.
- CRNA locum coverage is needed at both locations in Boise and Nampa
- Schedule: a mix of 8s and 10s each week, and 12 hour shifts are also available. Flexibility is great! Looking for full time candidates only.
- Call = Yes, candidates must be open to one weeknight per month and one weekend (please note that your candidate is willing to cover Call at time of name clear)
- 40 hours guaranteed per week
- Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.
- # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90% of the patients are over the age of 12.
- Option to work 10 hour days or 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts mixed in.
- Will need a DEA and CSR
- Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days.
