Who is Bridge Cable?
Since 2006, we have provided the highest rated service in the Philadelphia Tri-State area with installs in offices, warehouses, new construction, school districts, government facilities, retail and more! These installs include but are not limited to voice and data CAT6 cabling, coax, fiber optic, A/V, door access control and security cameras.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot any errors and/or outages across various brands
- Execute daily and project close deliverables – be detail oriented when filling out paperwork
- Assist in cross training existing and future team members
- Responsible for project deliverables to meet township inspection and state codes
- Bringing all personal tools and gear at the beginning of your shift to ensure you are prepared for all challenges, ladders included.
- Identifying potential change order opportunities and documenting accordingly
- Identifying any potential delays or project needs consisting but not limited to needed gear, man power change, map changed or other trade delays/deadlines
- Adapting to different clientele and job environment changes day to day
- Identifying your teams strength and weaknesses to properly delegate tasks daily
- Taking accountability for not only your individual work but the work of your team
- Reflecting customer service skills to the end client when applicable
- Must follow Bicsi Standards
- Presenting yourself in a professional and clean manner both physically and verbally
- Programming the NVR(s)
- Troubleshoot any camera errors and/or outages across various brands
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License AND Reliable Vehicle
- Ability to go up and down ladders
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull etc up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
- Have lead teams to complete installs
- Ability to work at fully extended height on lifts (scissor/boom)
- Ability to travel with a 6ft ladder
- Experience in large installs of at least 50 cables
- Experience in data and voice CAT6 installations.

- Conduit Bending
- Must posses great leadership skills
- Must be teachable and willing to learn all aspects of low voltage and expanding your knowledge
- Must supply your own cordless drill and hand tools
- Knowledge of color codes
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
