We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer (React/TypeScript) to join our growing product and engineering team. In this role, you’ll own the design, development, and refinement of highly responsive interfaces that power our commercial lending marketplace. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and capital experts to build user-centric experiences that help diverse businesses secure the capital they need.

This is a critical, high-impact role that reports to the Head of Product and works cross-functionally across our New York, Charlotte, and Brazil offices.

·      Design and implement responsive front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·      Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces

·      Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs built on Java and Spring Boot

·      Use tools like TanStack Query and Zustand to manage state across complex applications

·      Write comprehensive frontend tests with tools like Vitest and React Testing Library

·      Debug performance and data flow issues across the frontend-backend boundary

·      Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn business requirements into elegant solutions

·      Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices

·      Write clean, maintainable code that is production-ready and scalable

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

·      4 years of experience in agile software development

·      2 years of front-end development experience with a strong grasp of React.js

·      Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·      Experience with unit testing frameworks like Vitest and React Testing Library

·      Strong version control and collaboration experience using Git

·      Ability to translate complex business problems into technical workflows

·      A collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Passion for Fintech and a belief in its power to improve access to capital

·      Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, or AWS ecosystems

·      Experience with feature flags and progressive rollouts for high-confidence delivery

·      Experience with front-end performance optimization and bundling techniques
