What are the responsibilities and job description for the GTM Lead, Consumer Brands position at Bridge?
Bridge is hiring a go-to-market lead to own demand end-to-end for our supplier financing business and build the motion that gets Walmart and Sam's Club suppliers to financing they didn't know existed. If you've been running a channel inside a working capital lender and want the whole funnel instead of a slice of it, then this role moves you from optimizing someone else's playbook to writing the one that defines a category.
Bridge is the official financing partner to Walmart, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Lowe's, Chipotle, The UPS Store and other major retailers. We providd the capital they need to grow inside retail and the revenue-based finance, factoring, PO financing, and inventory lenders are all chasing the same supplier and nobody has won yet. We think distribution decides it, and this is the role that owns distribution.
Own the funnel from first touch to finance request. Set channel strategy across paid, outbound, content, & channels you bring, with real budget and the authority to kill what isn't working. Build the outbound motion against a small, findable ICP and the consideration cycle is long. Own attribution and reporting; present weekly learnings and next tests. Report to the Head of Growth and Marketing, with room to grow into broader ownership as the vertical scales.
You've run growth, demand generation, or revenue at a working capital lender, factor, embedded finance company, or B2B fintech. You've built a channel from zero rather than inheriting a working one. You've owned a number, not just a program. You're comfortable building the system instead of maintaining it.
