Bridge is seeking a hands-on analytical Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst to support our underwriting and credit workflows by building and analyzing financial models, memorandums, and market data to help generate insights into financing decisions across Bridge’s platform. Primary responsibilities include modeling and interpreting hotel cash-flow projections to design the optimal ratio of debt and equity for each transaction’s capital stack. This role with will closely with the CRE team and report directly to the Vice President of CRE.

Bridge uses technology to digitize and optimize the loan search and application process while providing your business with access to some of the most competitive terms on the market from these participating banks.


Location: NYC in office (Preferred) 

Key Responsibilities

Underwriting & Modeling ‍

  • Underwrite commercial real estate deals with extreme comfort across permanent, transitional/bridge, and construction financing opportunities.
  • Build, audit, and maintain detailed (Excel) models to analyze historical cash flows, forward projections, renovation & construction budgets.
  • Prepare credit memos (Word/PowerPoint/PDF) that incorporate financial models, along with market data and recommended financial structures. 


Diligence & Execution

  • Coordinate due diligence checklists; manage data rooms; track deliverables with internal and external stakeholders (clients, lenders, counsel, servicers).
  • Support term sheet drafting, covenant design, and closing documentation in partnership with legal and capital markets.
  • Maintain comparables, cap rate/yield benchmarks, expense ratios, and supply/demand datasets for target MSAs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Automation

  • Partner with Product/Data to refine underwriting templates and reporting; help QA new tool and analytics.
  • Work with Partnerships/Sales to scope new opportunities and ensure seamless handoff from origination to credit.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance, ideally Hospitality sector involving debt, equity, management, or investment sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel for financial modeling (P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting, STR Reports, Debt Sizing, Equity Waterfalls, Market Trends/Analysis) and Word/PowerPoint for deal memorandums.
  • Strong grasp of credit fundamentals (DSCR/DY, LTV/LTC, covenants, collateral).
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex analyses into crisp, decision-ready materials.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable; thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where strategic thinking and tactical execution go hand in hand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
