Our hospital is expanding and looking to add a client service representative (the face and voice of our practice) to our team. We're looking for a team-oriented professional who is ready and eager to learn, can manage phones, schedules, payments and enjoys seeing all kinds of patients (we don’t just see cats and dogs!) Responsibilities
As a member of Bridge Veterinary Hospital your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent and compassionate customer service and patient care
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments
- Answering calls, texts and emails
- Daily client communications
- Submitting medication and other requests to the doctor
- Helping maintain patient flow throughout the day

- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and other team members while demonstrating professionalism.
- A positive, encouraging, and supportive attitude.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Is organized and understands time management
- Prior experience working in the veterinary field is preferred but not required
Schedule
- Weekdays
- Rotating Saturdays
- Shifts vary slightly
