This is a permanent full time role-and MUST be worked on site in Cranston, Rhode Island.
This role focuses on operational consistency, platform reliability, and execution of standardized workflows that support internal teams and service delivery.
This position is ideal for an information technology operations-minded professional with strong attention to detail who thrives in structured, technically demanding environments and is motivated by continuous improvement and process maturity. The person in this role will work closely with Level 2 Systems Engineers and Automation teams.
*MUST have experience with Kaseya and IT Help Desk Ticketing Systems.
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in an IT support/Help Desk, systems administration, or IT operations role.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to follow and improve standardized procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational tasks reliably.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Certifications
• CompTIA A or similar Technology certifications
• Kaseya Certified Technician (KCT)
Duties:
• Respond to technical support requests from internal departments, including project-related tasks and general assistance.
• Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and health checks across operational platforms.
• Monitor, validate, and maintain RMM agent health, policies, and alerts; escalate failures or anomalies to Level 2 Systems Engineers.
• Serve as the primary owner of the Autotask PSA platform, managing workflows, queues, speed codes, forms, notification rules, LiveReports, and user permissions.
• Administer CyberHoot security awareness training programs and develop internal training initiatives.
• Maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and system process/configuration standards.
• Escalate complex automation, integration, or system-related issues to L2 Systems Engineers as needed.
• Execute proactive, recurring operational tasks (e.g., monthly Synnex 365 seat reductions).
• Work directly with clients when necessary to ensure endpoint compliance.
