Are you passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders? Bridge Street Ministries is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Resurgence Program Site Manager to lead our holistic youth development program. In this role, you will be the primary overseer of a Christ-centered environment where middle school students (6th–8th grade) grow academically, spiritually, and socially.
As the Site Director, you will oversee daily operations at one of our three Resurgence Sites on the Westside, Northside, or Burton Heights, ensuring that every student is seen, supported, and equipped to become a restorer in their community.

- Program Oversight (50%): Execute and adapt daily after-school programming (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, M–Th) and summer sessions to meet social-emotional and academic goals.
- Student & School Engagement (15%): Build deep, consistent relationships with students and staff by maintaining a physical presence at the school site.
- Community Connection (15%): Network with neighborhood partners and build trust with families through frequent, organic communication.
- Team Leadership (20%): Recruit, train, and mentor a team of staff, interns, and volunteers, fostering a positive and mission-aligned culture.
- Faith & Calling: A deep commitment to Christ-centered urban youth discipleship and alignment with BSM’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in intercultural urban youth work.
- Skills: Highly organized, compassionate, and a creative problem solver. Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in trauma-informed care, and an understanding of Christian Community Development.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
- Core Hours: Daytime availability Monday–Friday is required.
- Program Hours: Afternoons Monday–Thursday during the school year; three days per week in the summer.
- Special Events: Occasional evenings and weekends for family nights, retreats, and camps.
