Job Summary:
The Prep Cook supports the audit team's on-site operations by preparing and organizing food items for meals and refreshments during engagements. This role ensures efficient meal service and contributes to a professional, well-supported audit environment by maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in assembling meals and refreshments for audit team and client service
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation and service areas throughout the day
- Label, store, and manage inventory of perishable and non-perishable items
- Support our team with timely setup and breakdown of meal service stations
- Communicate with team leads to coordinate timing and quantity of food based on event or audit session needs
- Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all site-specific food handling and hospitality guidelines
