Bridge Medical Neurology Consultants is a comprehensive neurology practice that offers in-depth and personalized consultations and advanced in-house neuro-diagnostic procedures for the management and treatment of a range of conditions. Dr. Said Ibrahimi, M.D. Q.M.E, has over 14 years of experience as a leading board-certified neurologist with a subspecialty in Brain Injury Medicine, tending to his expansive cohort of Adult patients, and additionally providing care for Personal Injury (P.I.) and Worker’s Compensation cases. With his extensive training and sub-specialty, Dr. Ibrahimi specializes in the treatment and management of conditions such as strokes, TIAs, dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease, epilepsy, nerve and muscle dysfunction, and many more. As a Qualified Medical Examiner (Q.M.E.) Dr. Ibrahimi also offers medical-legal services such as Independent Medical Examinations, and Expert Witness Review.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Medical Biller to join our team in San Ramon! This position would require travel to our San Jose location for training overseen by our Billing Manager, after which the candidate would operate out of the San Ramon Location. New graduates are welcome, pending the required certifications and appropriate training, and we welcome applicants who do not have direct Medical Billing experience, as we are willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Effectively bill out insurance claims for our patient base.
- Effectively bill out med-legal claims, including but not limited to Lien Patients, and QMEs
- Answer communication (phones, emails, faxes) regarding billing inquiries
- Effective communication with medical staff to coordinate with all levels of patient management and meet clinic standards and demand.
- Punctual and respectful of office policies and procedures, as well as our patient base.
- Establish effective and culturally competent working relationships with medical and supporting staff, patients, and families.
- Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
- Additional tasks assigned by the supervising physician and / or supervising staff
Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is not required but a bonus!

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 1 Year of Clinical Experience (Preferred)
- 1 Year of AdvancedMD/Practice Suite and Practice Fusion (Preferred)
