Bridge Marina is seeking an entry level videographer and video editor to join our team in creating short form content of the boating and lake lifestyle on Lake Hopatcong NJ. At Bridge Marina you will enjoy the outdoors, be in an active marina environment, and working with boats and boaters. This role will help in all facets of marketing team’s productions including research, media management, assistance on shoots and post-production. The ideal candidate will have shooting and editing experience, storytelling skills as well as eye for details and productions. The best candidate will also have interest and experience in boating or related fields. Some responsibilities are:
- Research, organize and hash out ideas and concepts for videos.
- Manage media productions, including organizing library.
- Assist finding video and supporting elements for production.
- Edit video content as requested, typically basic editing short production with ability to lay out a short story and sequences.
- Create short form video for social media platforms.
- Serve and assist in video shooting.
- Assist Marketing Manager in various projects.
- Promote safe and fun boating experiences.
What Skills You Need:
- Demonstrate an ability to edit and shoot with a detailed and creative eye for storytelling.
- Experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere,
- Basic understanding of video shooting
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with an ability to take direction.
- Experience working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekend.
- Teamwork skills and ability to be helpful and courteous with teammates.

We are seeking seasonal part-time to full-time applicants. Pay is $15-$18 per hour. Advancement and increases are available and are encouraged. Additional seasonal ‘Retention Incentives’ are available. For qualified team members, we provide health care benefits, retirement plan with company contribution, sick time, and paid vacation.
