What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of XFINITY—delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling our full suite of products and services, including:
- XFINITY video, high-speed Internet, voice, and mobile
- Home security and automation solutions
You’ll work an assigned, flexible schedule and use your interpersonal and consultative skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions by:
- Connecting with new customers
- Enhancing services for existing customers
- Re-engaging former customers

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Must be able to lift 15–25 lbs (if needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.13 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
