Bridge Learning Center is seeking a motivated and personable Summer Intern to support both front desk operations and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a college student interested in marketing, education, or community engagement, and offers hands-on experience in both customer-facing work and digital outreach.
The intern will assist with daily front desk responsibilities while contributing to marketing efforts that promote our summer programs. This role requires a balance of professional communication, organization, and creativity.
- In-Person (Required):
- Two mornings per week (Monday–Thursday or Saturday)
- Remote (Flexible):~4 hours per week
Total: Approximately 10 hours per week
Front Desk Support
- Greet and assist families and students in a professional manner
- Support student check-in and basic inquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment
Marketing & Outreach
- Assist with social media content creation and posting
- Design simple graphics using Canva
- Support promotion of summer programs and events
- Assist with local outreach and partnership efforts
Remote Tasks
- Schedule and draft social media content
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on community events and outreach opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable interacting with families and students
- Interest in marketing, communications, education, or related fields
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram preferred)
- Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
Compensation
- $16.90 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
