Responsibilities
- Field phone calls regarding vacancies
- Show apartments
- Process applications
- Assist in recertification files
- Assist in administrative tasks in office
- Provide customer service to residents
- Strong sales skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, Yardi experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
- Background in residential housing
- Knowledge of Tenant/Landlord & Fair Housing laws
- Bilingual
- Sense of humor
- Interest in real estate/property management and non-profit work

Salary : $20 - $23
